Workout:

Kettlebell circuit – pyramid – did the following exercises in a 5-10-15-20-15-10-5 pyramid:- swings- overhead press – alternating arms- bent over rows- goblet squats- high pulls

COT:

I was considering the name of today’s workout and that there is more to that poem. The line that strikes me is: “No man is an island entire of itself; each man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main…and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee”. This is a reminder that all people are interconnected and that the suffering or death of any individual is a loss to all humanity.
