Pine Hollow, Quick Rd

Pax worked 9miles- 5miles for various efforts.  Great conversation had throughout.

 Thought of the day actually belongs to @SloMo and a comment he made yesterday during the race.  I was trying to motivate him with encouraging words and stated that Mayhem was probably already home and showered.  But who worked harder, the guy that smoked the race or the guy grinding out long tough miles.  The immediate answer is that the guy grinding worked harder.  But Mo being self aware, said that is true, but the guy that smoked the race worked harder over the last 6 months.  Well said.  Still super proud of Mo for finishing the race yesterday and there was a great moment where we came over the hill to last 100 yards and you could hear Mo’s kids cheering for him.  Priceless.
