Cinematic Sunday

8.5 – 18.5 miles on parts of Leg 2,6, and 7 of Burning River.  Praises to @IcyHot for spraining his ankle in first mile and still pacing out most of run. Run was cut a couple of miles short by myself still recovering from working nights. (Excuse #1)

We were joined by @Mayhem and @Software at coffee and good conversation ensued.  Praises to Mayhem for running a 4:40 50k yesterday at Conquer The Castle. Finishing 9th overall.  Continued prayers for @Software and family.
Thanks for running with me today.  I know it wasn’t my best run but if this is the bottom of the barrel.  The top is still pretty close.
