Workout:

21.  Sidelines to do 21style Q with merkins and mountain climbers as the complimentary exercises.  Started with 20 merkins and 1 mountain climber, decreasing merkins by 1 and adding (climbing) 1 to mountain climbers.

6MOM:

21 big boys

21 flutter kicks

COT:

We were blessed to have been dry all morning, but each man showed up when the forecast showed lots of rain.  We were willing to be uncomfortable and committed to showing up anyway.  I feel better for it.
