Warm-up:

SSH x 20, arm circles x 20, TappyTaps x 10, side stretch oyo

Workout:

10 rounds of:
10 modified pullups on the fence (using some rope and towels, worked pretty well)
20 Merkins
30 Air Squats
Run 1 lap (I modified to Slam Ball)

6MOM:

Big Bois x 30, Oblique crunches x20 each side, Flutter kicks x 25 (4ct)
