Modified Stairway to Heaven

After a short warmup, the Pax headed to the home bleachers. We performed a merkin on every bleacher on the way up and a dip on every bleacher on the way down. Then ran up and down the sets of stairs in the entire home sections (by the way, the new bleachers are definitely both taller and wider than the old ones). Rinse and repeat until I called clear.

We finished with a 100 second Plankorama.

I spent the better part of the past 2 days observing how a church does prison ministry at Lorain Correctional Institution. While participating in a Discipleship Class I heard a great quote from an strong Christian inmate.

“If you can’t listen, you can’t learn.
If you can’t learn, you can’t lead.”
