Trail Running and trying not to get lost. Various paces for many many miles (@ToolTime graciously slowed down for me). I think I saw a Welcome to Pennsylvania sign.

I’m reading Hillbilly Elegy (JD Vance’s book) out of curiosity. One theme stood out so far: his grandmother lashed out (oftentimes very inappropriately) at family members for talking poorly about another family member to people outside of their inner circle. What if we all had that mindset (without the F-bombs or violence at least)? Let’s not talk poorly about the people we care about (or should care about), no matter how much you might feel that it is justified.
