  • Was outside doing some yard work this weekend and looked at a series of trees we planted in our backyard in 2020. 6 years later, all the trees have grown at their own pace and in unique ways. This reminded me that we all grow as men, fathers, husbands, leaders at different paces and in our own ways.  It’s very easy to compare ourselves to others in this world, but important to remember that life is a journey and we all grow at different paces and in our own ways. Embrace your pace and your path and reflect on your own positive growth.
