Workout:
Mosey to the shed where 8 stations of kettlebell and coupon work awaited us. We had slantboard squats, shoulder press, close grip push ups, KB racks, KB swings, Dips on coups, coup curls, and farmer carry knee raises.
Each PAX flipped a card, number on the card was the number of reps, then we moved clockwise through each move. Aces were a sprint, red face cards group merkins, and black face cards BBSUs.
Made it through the deck!
COT:
It can be tough to stay motivated to continue your fitness journey. At some point, discipline will need to replace motivation. I’m always reminded that we GET to work out, not that we have to. Remember all those who are sick and suffering who’d give anything to trade places with you. We are blessed that we get to do this whenever we want. We give our thanks to God for that blessing.
