Workout:

A simple but effective beat down

  • 10 reps with coupon – Bent rows, Curls, Overhead press
  • Mosey (or your preferred method )first set to first hash, second set,far hash, 3rd set opposite sideline. Repeat as sets increase
  • 10 reps each at hash/sideline Merkin, Squat , Burpee
  • Run back to coupon, lather, rinse and repeat.

Take good care of her because it’s a blessing.The other evening Kim and I sat in our living room and began counting our blessings. How we met, what attracted us to each other. When we realized we would spend the rest of our lives together. We went over the hard times we went through, the obstacles we had to overcome. We talked about our victories and how far we have come as a couple and a family. Plenty of laughs and tears were shared. It was an evening that brought us closer and the reassurance that we will continue to navigate this life together no matter what is thrown at us.
