We started off this morning in our normal fashion. I decided to make normal route today. With the feeling of a knot in my calf, I was indecisive about running on it, however I am training for the 5k at the beginning of next month. So, I decided to push on. My initial first distance was my best at .21. Yes, I am almost up to a quarter mile! Progress may seem slow, but it is in the right direction.A GREAT man asked me, “What is the purpose of your goals?” Is it for weight loss? Is it for a race? Most people stop once they meet the goal line. We need to be able to realize what is really important to us and continue to improve a little every day.
