Audible from my original EMOM plan with coupons, since we dropped all the coupons off at Ken Duke’s on Friday:
PAX completed six rounds of increasing reps of four basic exercises. We doubled the number of reps every round with the exception of the last round. Only going up by 16 reps for the final.

Merkins
Lunges (1:1)
Dips
Squats

Reps per round:
2,4,8,16,32,48

PAX ran two flights of steps in between each round for active recovery.

6MOM:

The McGill big three exercises for strengthening lower back and core muscles.

COT:

be strong, give it your best and be the high impact male (HIM) who sets the standard for other men. Be the leader among the rest. I shared some stories about stepping up into more leadership-oriented roles at work, and allowing some of the younger staff to do the basic and often easier things; essentially recognizing that I am more capable of the leadership position, being that I’m the most experienced and confident one on the floor. The younger nurses saw this and expressed gratitude for my assistance during some stressful situations at work. I’m now the guy that I used to look up to; it was helpful to know that I had a resource on the floor to turn to in times of stress, and now I’m returning the favor for my younger peers. Let’s all continue to be the men who set the standard.
