Keep steady as you push forward.As my recovery continues, I am reminded by a good friend it is not a race but a marathon. Marathons require dedication and endurance. I find myself walking the track and the square thinking how much I’d want to be working out and rucking with you guys.  I just need to continue on my own path and eventually our path will cross again.
