You Do You (Sorta)

After a brief warmup, the PAX circled up with coupons and each PAX decided 4 exercises they were going to concentrate on for the Beatdown. Each PAX cycled through 4 sets of 20 reps of each exercise and then did the following:

Round 1: Bearcrawl to 20 and backRound 2: Rifle Carry to 35 and backRound 3: Run to 50 and back.

Rinse and repeat until cleared.
