Ultimate Frisbee CVCA-Style

2 Pax moseyed around the track. The rest played an enjoyable game of Ultimate Frisbee. Highlights of the day were Pulte catching a TD (and I think I may have seen him hit the griddy after it), the offensive explosion by both teams, and Pharma having to ditch his headband after a couple errant throws. Pax switched between teams in an offensive shootout. The score was so high nobody could even keep track. We’re prepared for the arrival of @IcyHot next week!

I was watching The Chosen (awesome show about Jesus and his disciples if you haven’t seen it) the other day, and it was a scene where Jesus was preaching to a crowd but around the outside of the crowd there were just a bunch of people passing by going about their day. I thought to myself “wow look at these people. Jesus is right in front of them and they don’t even take the time to stop” but then I had instant conviction realizing that’s me and how I live my life. Never a moment to stop. Always moving to the next task as opposed to just taking some time to sit, listen and see what He has to say.
