Fun with Finch

The Pax grabbed 2 coupons each and then did a 21 workout. Started on one sideline of the field and then carried the coupons across the field. Performed 20 big boys. Then carried coupons back to the other sideline and performed 1 Bonnie Blair. Continued this pattern decreasing the Big Boys and increasing the Bonnie Blair’s. Paused in the middle to do some flutter kicks, American Hammers, Leg Lifts and Bay City Scissors and then resumed the 21 workout.

Idk about the rest of the Pax but my hands are still not working quite right after carrying the coupons for so long.

Thought of the day was from James 3:8 “But no man can tame the tongue. It is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison” as a reminder that our words have power. It’s so easy to fall into complaining instead of blessing.
