Fun with Finch

Pax broke into 3 groups. 1 group of 3 and 2 groups of 4. Pax #1 started on the near sideline doing an exercise, Pax #2 started on the far sideline doing an excersise. Then, Pax #3 ran from the near sideline to far sideline, traded places with Pax #2 who ran back to Pax #1 who ran back to Pax #3 and the loop continued. Counting of the reps was DORA style.

Did 3 rounds. Whatever group had the most combined reps at the end of the round was the winner. Winning group got to do 15 reps of a special exercise. 2nd place got 10 reps and 3rd place got 5 reps.
