Warm-up:

Farmers carry- pax carried coupon the length of the football field switching hands at the 50.  In far end zone did Motivator from 10.  Then pax farmer carried the coupons

Workout:

The Unity Grind (25–30 min)The entire PAX stays together.You move to the next exercise ONLY when everyone finishes.

Set a timer for 60 seconds per exercise, then 15 seconds rest.

Do 3 full rounds.

ROUND CIRCUIT (repeat 3 times)

Merkins for 60 sec

Big Boy Sit-Ups for 60 sec

Squats with coupons for 60 sec

Overhead Claps for 60 sec

Plank (one round)/flutter kicks (2 rounds) 60 sec

High Knees  for 60 sec
