6miles of Chestnut and Dogwood trail.

@flyguy made a comment as Mo and me were finishing up the run today that stuck with me.  Even though we all did exact same distance and pace.  Flyguy found joy and freedom in the run because he did not have the “burden” of a race coming up.  Whereas Mo and I have something we are training for, hence it was more “work” than joy.  Same thing different frame.  Try to reframe things in your life to find the joy.
