I did 20 reps of an exercise, then sledded down the hill, and traversed back up the hill with sled in hand
Merkins x5=100 reps
Squats x5=100 reps
Lunges x5=100 reps
LBCs x5=100reps
Flutter kicks x5=100 reps on a four count
Pickle Pointers x3=60 reps. It was starting to get light out, and I wondered what people driving by would think of some wacko doing pickle pointers by himself on a snow covered hill.
COT:
Self reflection. I traversed over to the Gold Star Families pavilion. In the name of full disclosure, the solitude of this morning was a difficult obstacle for me. A. I lean on the group quite a bit to push me through the beatdowns. B. My psyche when stuff like this goes down generally takes me to questions like, “Do my Qs suck, and that’s why no one showed up?” C. For me to dismiss B makes me question whether I’m being arrogant, and displaying a lack of self awareness.
