Workout:
23–24 glorious minutes of kettlebell running. Set to music.
6MOM:
Plank-o-Rama 60 seconds front, 30 seconds right and left.
COT:
This morning, we talked about incremental changes leading to bigger results over time. Often, when we want to enact change, we can be frustrated if we try to make wholesale changes rather than focusing on smaller, more attainable improvements. It’s like compound interest. With money, little investments over time add up to big results. The same is true in our fitness, our families, and our faith. Small, daily actions — showing up, encouraging each other, being present at home — build into something powerful. We may not see the payoff today, but over time we will.
