Warm-up:

Typical stretchy stretchy stuff followed by Murph Prep= 5 rounds of 2 pull-ups, 3 pushups, 4 air squats

Workout:

The following exercises were performed for 4 rounds with 30 seconds of work followed by 90 seconds to perform two 30 yard sprints with the remaining time to rest.

  • Reverse banded wood choppers
  • Banded hip abduction
  • Banded face pulls
  • Banded shoulder external rotation

6MOM:

  • 30 kneeling crunches
  • 60 sec plank
  • 30 each side oblique crunches
  • 60 sec plank
  • 30 crunches
  • 60 sec plank

COT:

Given the start of the new year there is a lot of motivation. Let’s lean on each other to keep that going as long as possible.
