Workout:

Did a LOT of warmup (motion is lotion, thanks @Flo for the inspiration), then 23 glorious minutes of running with some sort of weight. Finished with some Mary…brought back some classics (pickle pointers and pickle pounders)

COT:

I just talked about the importance of the Scout Law in my life: “A Scout is Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean, and Reverent”. I try to live my life by these tenets and feel that if we all try and incorporate these into our daily lives we can make our community strong and happy.
