Workout:

Kettlebell mile – ran/walked/skipped/limped 4 laps of the track whilst carrying a kettlebell. Fun was had by all.
Surrenders+run – started at 6 surrenders and 1 ~40 meter run and back. Followed by 5 surrenders and 2 runs and kept going up/ down the ladder.

Praises for the start of a new AO! How exciting to be part of this. Firestone has nice facilities and it’s going to be fun to explore the terrain and see what new workouts we can come up with. We discussed some strategies for head locking FNGs.
