Pax moseyed to the sled and set up for 10sec on 15 sec off sled push.
3..2..1.. and…. nothing.  Sled did not move on first attempt .Coach @Finch would have been embarrassed.  We eventually got it moving.  Since we were missing a Left Tackle, @SloMo suggested we move to the two man sled, which went a lot better. After becoming smoked as usual we finished with Mary.

My thoughts today were of my Uncle who passed away last Thursday.  He had become increasingly more of a hermit over the last decade of his life due to his battle with obesity.  He died Thursday evening alone in a hospital with no one by his side, the only person that was called was my father.  He will be cremated today with no service.  It makes me ponder my own legacy.  Who will be by my side during my last days?  Who will mourn and remember me?  I know I could have done more to reach out over the past years, but it seemed that reaching out created stress for him, so I chose not to.  I regret that now. So what will be your legacy?
