- PAX moseyed to the pain shed. Each PAX grabbed a coupon.
- 3 rounds of line drills
- Round 1 (10 Minutes)
- Start at pain shed
- Run to “blue line” for 15 curl presses with coupon
- Run back to start
- Run to “center ice” for 15 squats
- Run back to start
- Run to “far blue line” for 15 merkins
- Run back to start
- Run to “far goal line” for 15 Bonnie Blairs
- Run back to start
- PAX was OYO for the 10 minutes
- 1 minute rest
- 1 minute high plank
- Move to round 2
- Round 2 (8 Minutes)
- Same pattern as round 1
- PAX was OYO for 8 minutes
- 1 minute rest
- 1 minute high plank
- Move to round 3
- Same pattern as round 1
- Round 3 (6 Minutes)
- Same pattern, but 10 reps
- Round 1 (10 Minutes)
- CLEAR
COT:
- A lot of emphasis on patience this time of year. I know something I can do better with sometimes. It is always a crazy and busy time of year and patience can run thin…whether friends, family, work, etc…
- Never anything wrong with taking a step back from a situation to see the bigger picture and exercising patience in the process.
