Workout:

  • Ran North 20 minutes out and 20 minutes back
  • Broke into 2 groups with each pushing the pace and knocking out between 3.8-4.6 miles. Great work!

COT:

As I was running during our Monday Beatdown, I realized how there are literally thousands of PAX throughout the world doing the exact same things we were doing in Hudson that Monday morning. Even though they weren’t present with us, it was powerful and encouraging to know that other PAX are pushing themselves and that we are all in the F3 movement together.
