Posed the question to the PAX before the run/ruck “who is a person(s) that at some point in your life has had positive impact on you, that you have not been in contact with for a while?”Prompted very good discussion on the trail. Identified friends, bosses, peers that have had lasting impressions on us and talked about how a quick message of appreciation to them would have positive impact for us and them.Challenge the PAX to take a step and reach out to someone who has had a positive impact on you and let them know what they mean to you.
