Each Pax had a coupon and started by performing 1 manmaker, then running to the first light post and doing 1 Bonnie Blair. Then, moseyed back to the coupon to 2 manmakers and continued this pattern until 10 manmakers/10 Bonnie Blair’s.
Then, we gathered in a circle for 10 incline merkins, 20 rows on each arm (the speed of the cadence was rightfully called into question). 50 curls, 25 OH Presses, 15 Dips.

Thought of the Day was from a session I was in at a conference last week. That talked about the power of being connected. That the most accurate predictor of health and longevity is how connected you are to others. Not if you eat healthy, smole, drink, etc. It’s all about being with others. On the other hand it talked about the dangers of loneliness. Couldn’t help but be appreciative for the men of F3 for the connections we make. Here’s the speaker’s book if anyone is interested:
