Workout:

Station 1 (Pacer) – Farmers Carry 2 Coupons to middle light post and back
(I threw in some full parking lot jogs as mods)
Station 2 – 10 Coupon Curls, 10 Dips (repeat)
Station 3 – Large Tire Flips

Each PAX picked a station and would max out  the exercise in the station until the PAX finished station 1. Rotate to next station. Repeat. Probably got through 9ish rounds.

Wrapped up with 12 Heels to Heaven.

Coming up on my 1 year F3 anniversary, I’ve been reflecting on all the events of the past 12 months. Everything that has happened to me, my friends, and my family. It reminded me of the saying “The days are long, but the years are short”.  When we are in the thick of life changing events the days feel very long and sometime difficult. But in the bigger picture, life keeps moving at such a quick pace.  The long days will be part of life, but remember to embrace them all because the year will be quick.
