Warm-up:
Turn N Bounce, SSH, Tappy Taps, weed hackers, neck rolls, Franken walks, Arm Circles, Michael Phelps
Workout:
Using 53lb and 25lb KB, Pax performed warm up sets of 10 halos and 25 crush curls. Then switched.
First set: One Pax carried 88lb KBs for a farmers carry down and back. Remaining Pax performed a clean, press and squat complex using 53lb KBs. We rotated through until all 4 Pax carried the 88s
Second set: one Pax carried the 88s again, while remaining Pax performed merkins with one arm on KB one off, rotating both sides, then hopping up for a KB shoulder raise. Other Pax used the 25 lb KBs for a clean and 10 shoulder presses.
6MOM:
30 second plank hold, switch from high to low planks every 5 seconds. 12 bow to boats. 15 second forward bicycles, 15 second backward bicycles. 15 heels to heaven.
