-Front coupon raise
-Step up Knee raise
-Curl hands on the inside
-Coupon swing
-Lunge with a coupon twist
-Two Block push up
-Coupon Dig switching blocks
-Squats with coupon
-Overhead press
-Triceps extensions on back
