Flag to Flag run. 8 PAX ran to find the other flag. It was near the Gazebo in the Square ~1 Mile from the Flag at Ken Duke’s Stadium. We did a hand full of exercises (Top of the Motivator, Squats, Merkins, Big Boys) before returning back to the Stadium. 3 PAX modified to the 900.
