Full body workout – Coupons will be used

Warm-up:

We started with some neck mobility, arm circles, overhead claps, seal claps, Michael Phelps and tappy-taps.

Workout:

It was a full body workout! Each Pax grabbed a coupon and lined up on the goal line. We completed the following six rounds:

  1. 25 merkins on the block – murder bunny to the 50 (plank till the 6) – sprint to the 100 – mosey back to the 50 – rifle cary back to the goal line
  2. 25 coupon swings – murder bunny to the 50 (plank till the 6) – sprint to the 100 – mosey back to the 50 – rifle cary back to the goal line
  3. 25 coupon curls – murder bunny to the 50 (plank till the 6) – sprint to the 100 – mosey back to the 100, leaving the blocks at the 50
  4. 25 4-count SSHs – lunge walk to the 50 – sprint to the 100 – mosey back to the 50 – rifle cary back to the goal line
  5. 25 shoulder presses – murder bunny to the 50 (plank till the 6) – sprint to the 100 – mosey back to the 100, leaving the blocks at the 50
  6. 25 slow squats – lunge walk to the 50 – sprint to the 100 – mosey back to the 50 – rifle cary back to the goal line

We concluded with some Mary that included 25 4-count Freddy Mercury’s and 25 big boys

COT:

My thought for the day is to live in the moment. This is kind of a continuation of @Turbo‘s message from yesterday to live for Jesus in all that we do. That was something that I needed to hear yesterday. When I woke up this morning, I just kept thinking of the importance of living in the moment. Let’s strive to do our best, even in the seemingly insignificant moments. That constant pursuit of living for Jesus in the moment will certainly amount to something beautiful!
