KB Runs

The PAX partnered up. Starting in the same spot, PAX 1 farmers carried 2 KBs counter-clockwise around the track while PAX 2 did 10 Merkins then ran clockwise around the track. When they met up, PAX 2 grabbed the KBs and farmers carried clockwise around the track while PAX 1 did 10 Merkins then ran counter-clockwise around the track.Rinse and repeat until cleared.

I saw a Devotional that talked about one of my favorite Bible verses, John 3 17 (The verse right after the most popular verse in the Bible).

It says, “For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him.”

Men, Jesus didn’t come to crush people — He came to rescue them. And if we follow Him, that’s our mission too. Not to lead with judgment, ego, or superiority, but with grace, strength, and a willingness to step into the mess to help others up.

Let’s be men who bring light, not heat — who point people to a Savior, not ourselves.
