We are the MAC (Medina, Akron, Copley) region of the F3 Nation, a national network including 2,247 free, peer-led workouts for men.
Free of Charge
Never a charge to workout, ever.
Open to All Men
No matter the man, you are welcome here.
Held Outdoors
Rain or shine, heat or chill, we are out there.
Peer Led
Rotating fashion of men leading each other.
Ends with COT
Always ends with a Circle of Trust.
The three Fs in our name stand for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith — the last of which we define as not one specific religion or faith system, but simply a belief in something outside oneself.

Seriously, the best way to see what we are about is to experience F3 for yourself. There is at least one workout every day. Check out the schedule.

Some mental questions you may have
(because we had them as well)
Am I fit enough for this?
Yes. You are. Keep reading.
What am I getting into?
Honestly, you’re gathering with a group of fellow guys that share a desire to make themselves and those men around them better—regardless of their fitness level. It’s not a gym. There isn’t a trainer barking orders. There is no one tearing you down to go beyond your means. Rather, it is a group of fellow community members, just like you. We vary in shape, strength, stamina, faith and age. But, we unify in our goal to “leave no man behind, but leave no man where you find them.”
How many people are there?
There are typically between 10 and 25 Pax (a.k.a., members of F3 nation.)
What kind of a workout is it?
Workouts are broken down into four core parts. First, there is a 5-7 minute warmup. The peer leader (our Q) will lead the group through a series of stretches to prepare for the main workout. These stretches typically include a mix of light leg, back, arm and neck exercises. Second, there is a main workout that typically lasts 35-40 minutes. Workouts vary quite a bit from Q to Q. Some focus lean more cardio and some lean more power. You can take a look at some of our past workouts (a.k.a., Backblasts) here. While the workouts vary, one thing is constant. Everything in F3 is you vs. you–regardless of your fitness level. If you need to modify, you do. Third, we gather in a circle for 6MOM (a.k.a., 6-Minutes of Mary, a.k.a., 6-Minutes of Abs). Again, you vs. you. Finally, fourth, we always end in a COT (a.k.a., Circle of Trust). Here, we do count-a-rama (gather a count of our turnout), name-a-rama (share our names, ages and F3 names—you’ll get one of those), share any prayer requests and/or announcements, and we close with a short prayer.
I am not really religious. Is this right for me?
Faith is not defined as a specific religion or faith system. Rather, it is simply a belief in something outside oneself. Again, the Pax gather to raise each other up–regardless of what your motivation is to be a part of the group.
When is the next workout?
Tomorrow. Seriously. Check out the schedule and stop by.
