Workout:
Each pax grabbed a tire and we tried some exercises. Some were success and some not so much but fun was had. 20 incline merkins, 20 dips, 20 decline merkins, 20 big boys, tire carries, tire squats, some lunges and squats stepping into the tire, plankorama, circle around the tires. Then, lined up and did tire burpees (a burpee with a tire flip). Started with 10 and worked out way down to 1 with a run in between each round. Finished with 15heels to heaven.
