A Shugah workout

Warm-up:
neck rolls(??), arm circles – front and back, tappy-taps, Abe Vigodas, @Garcia shows up, turn and bounce, stork stretch, hip stretches, bear squats.
Workout:
Broke up into groups 1 and 2. Started with 2 parallel Indigenous people runs for 1 lap. Back At starting position, pax cycled through consecutive exercises of 10 each: SSHs, Bonnie Blair/Apollo Ohno/Eric Heidens, merkins, plank jacks, merkins again. Continued with indigenous people run…, Pax completed 6 official rounds for 120 merkins and 1 1/2 miles for the May challenge. Props to those who finished off additional laps after!
COT:
F2 next Wednesday at On Tap in Medina/Montville Twp 5:30-ish. Prayers for Mary G. from Canton and family on the tragic circumstances of the loss of a child and Mary’s mental health. Prayers for baby Wael (sp) and family as surgery is needed so soon after birth.
Message today is around Transformational Forgivness which is forgiveness without expectations of anything in return. Forgiveness is as much internal as external and releases the “victim” from internal strife. Studies have shown that couples who forgive each other have experienced tangible physical benefits like reduction in hypertension, improved sleep quality and somatic symptoms like headaches, nausea and fatigue. Forgiveness can translate to both inner peace and objective health benefits.
