A Back and Forth Thing

Warm-up:
We did a brief leg stretch, grabbed blocks and stopped a few times to do backs and arms on our way ~1/2 mile to the hill.
Workout:
Partnered up to do a Dora-esque workout on the hill.
Round 1: Partner 1 did man makers while other backpedaled up the hill and mosied down until the duo did 100 man makers.
Round 2: Partner 1 did SSH while partner two bear crawled up hill, reverse crab walk down, crawl bear up and reverse crab walk down until both partners rotated twice.
Round 3 (modified): All PAX rifle carried backwards up the hill and forwards down followed by 25, 4-count monkey humpers.
6MOM:
Three stations of Freddie Mercs slow/fast on the ~1/2 mile back (1x, 2x and 3x)
COT:
@Barnum challenged us to break out of our comfort zone this past weekend. I echoed that this morning… not only physically, but also in other aspects of your life.
