Ruck

We trudged our way up Carriage Trail. The snow was still falling making it difficult to see the trail. Shugah and Focker walked slightly ahead of me giving me an idea where to hike. The deep snow made the trial seem like sand as our boots sunk to the frozen ground. Shugah even offered to carry my ruck pack as I struggled the long uphill part of the trail on the way back. We discussed many topics along the way. It was a great feeling though when I saw the trail sign say .6 miles (downhill) to go. This was a special journey. (3.29 miles in 1 hour 40 minutes)
