COT:

Stress will kill you. How do you keep your insides from being in knots? Many of us take it home and try to hide it but wear it like an ugly suit. How do you deal with your stress? Workout? God? Meditation?  Prayer? Quiet time? Or do you turn to Alcohol, Drugs, Or something else not so good?
