Warm-up:

Did a bunch of things as slowly as possible to delay the start of the fun.

Workout:

The Thang: 23 insufferable minutes of running while carrying KBs. Exercises of various reps when the Pax put the KB down. Then run a lap empty-handed. Rinse and repeat. @ToolTime and @IcyHot enjoyed a nice conversation while @Misny was left far behind gasping for air.
