Warm-up:
@Comeback Kid and @Hardware did a beep test…then arm circles, Michael Phelps, Tappy-taps, Abe Vigodas, leg stretches.
Workout:
started with 100yd kettlebell mosey and released kettlebells at that corner, then completed alternating intervals of 100yds, 200yds, 300 yds and back to 100yds, picking up the kettlebells each time we had a changeover where they rested. Sounds complicated, but you had to be there. Maybe next time?
COT:
Message today is just to take the first step- in whatever endeavor. I’ve been struggling with motivation lately and I’ve found that getting started on a project or anything is often the hardest part because we build it up to be more difficult than it is. Once you take that step, you often find it’s a lot easier than what your mind built it up to be. Like today’s workout- where getting there was that first step and @Hardware and @Comeback Kid pulled me along.
