2026 Motivation

After a brief warmup, the PAX did the following exercises in cadence (Similar to The Motivator style).

10 SSH10 Squats10 Merkins10 mountain climbers ×49 SSH9 Squats9 Merkins9 mountain climbers ×4

Continued all the way to 1 rep of each.  Performed 2 Rounds

Jeremiah 17:7-8 – “But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him. They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit”The deeper the roots the harder it will be to remove. A tree without deep planted roots doesn’t last long (ex. Christmas Tree). When our roots are deep in Christ, we will not waver during the trying times.
