Warm-up:

some came early for mile(s).  Neck rolls, arm-circles, turn and bounce, tappy-taps, mini-motivator, bear-squats, 1lap mosey.

Workout:

30, one-minute Tabata style rounds of 10 merkins and 10 big boys.  Translates to 450 pts to start the morning for the May challenge or just being bigger and stronger if you’re not participating.

One lap cool down.

COT:

Thought of the day is born out of the very busy time of year (proms, graduations, Mothers Day, Memorial Day, ……..).  Just a reminder that these just aren’t “to dos”, but these are moments in time and if we’re taking the time to be there, let’s make sure we’re being present and appreciative of the time we have when we’re there.
