Ultimate and F3 is about the teamwork and camaraderie- encouraging everyone and picking each other up when we make mistakes.  Trust and communication are key.Life’s the same way. We’re not meant to play solo. We need teammates — in our families, our jobs, and the community. Let’s carry that with us today: look for ways to pass, support, and celebrate each other.
