Workout:
Set up cones 25 yds, 50 yds and 75 yds from the start line. Did burpee broad jumps to the first cone and then bear crawled back. Then, repeated to the 2nd and 3rd cone. After a full round was completed, run a quarter mile. Then, continue the same pattern. For bonus fun we did 10 curl press every time we made it back to the start line and 10 lunges every time we got to a cone. Pax all completed 175 – 225 yds. The WTM will be hard and take a long time but is definitely doable.

Thought of the Day – If everyone in the world threw their biggest problem into a jar and you had to pick one, would you quickly take your problem back out and hold onto it or would you risk getting somebody else’s. I heard this on the radio the other day and in my mind, I’d be holding on to my problems tightly knowing what others are going through.
