Indian Run Workout

Warm-up:

SSH, pot stirrers, Weed Whackers, turn and bounce, Michael Phelps, Squatters.

Workout:

PAX lined up single file every 2 parking spots with their coupon, with each member choosing an alternating workout for the group each turn. The last person in the line did 10 reps of their chosen workout, then ran with the coupon to the front of the line, and the next member was then up.

We completed a full loop back to the pain shed, Then spent the remaining 10 minutes doing a true single file Indian run through the parking lot.

COT:

Just as a spinning ballerina must keep returning her eyes to a given point to maintain her balance, as she twirls, so too you must keep returning your focus to God.

Use God as your focus point throughout the day to keep a steady balance when you feel overwhelmed, anxious, have too much going on at home or work. Find your everyday constants in your life that help keep your balance.
