Warm-up:
SSH, Tappy Tap, Flamingos, Turn N’ Bounce, Arm Circles
Workout:
Mosey to Playground 10 Minute stations, 1x through each.
Station 1: Heels elevated squats, calf raises. Both with 35lb kettlebell
Station 2: Partner assisted pull-ups, or rope rows, then merkins.
Station 3: Farmer carries with two 70lb kettlebells.
Nothing overly complicated, just hard work and high rep counts.
COT:
I tend to repeat this message alot, but I think it bears repeating. We GET to do this men. Think of the many people who’d give anything to “have to” workout this morning, to “have to” eat right, to “have to” get our steps in. We GET to do this and we should never take it for granted.
