- Ran back to first light post
- Ran to middle light post and did 15 Merkins
- Ran back to first light post
- Ran 1/2 way between middle and last light post and did 15 Jump Squats
- Ran back to first light post
- Ran to last light post and did 15 lunges
- Ran back to first light post
- Finished with 15 dips on the large tire
